Yes, we offer local pick up on Tuesdays and Thursdays between 11AM and 4PM.

Pickup Location: 50 Jutland Road Etobicoke Ontario M8Z 2H1 (please look for the signage).

Please arrive within your assigned time slot.

Once you arrive please park in the designated parking areas (reverse in, if you are able).

Once parked please text 416-889-6576 with your name, order number.

Open your trunk, and someone will be there to place your order inside.

We ship our products to the following areas:

The shipping at checkout is based on your postal code. If your postal code is from any place outside of the above mentioned areas, you will not be able to place an order.

Currently we are not offering a curb-side pick-up option.

We currently are not carrying any dairy or bread items but we are constantly looking to add new items to our products page.

We currently carry a small selection of pre-packaged organic greens (based on availability).

There is no need to set up and account, feel free to browse items in your cart and check out anytime.

Our minimum order is $75 dollars.
